CAMMISOTTO does shipment in Italy and worldwide only thru express courier DHL and Brtolini. All the items shipped by CAMMISOTTO is carefully packed. Together with the item will be sent also the receipt, or where requested thru email, the invoice, showing the price of the purchased items.
SHIPMENT METHODS

Usually the shipment is done thru express courier with time of delivery of two working days.
SHIPMENT EXPENSE
All the purchases are delivered by DHL and Bartolini courier. No shipment are made to post office boxes.
The shipment is free, in Italy, for amounts over 300 Euro, under the said amount the shipment will cost 10 Euro at expense of the client and debited on the credit card at the moment of the purchase.
The shipment is free, in Europe, for amounts over 700 Euro, under the said amount the shipment will cost 50 Euro at expense of the client and debited on the credit card at the moment of the purchase.
The shipment is free, in Extra UE, for amounts over 700 Euro, under the said amount the shipment will cost 60 Euro at expense of the client and debited on the credit card at the moment of the purchase.
Import duties are your sole responsability, in Europe and in Extra UE. In case the order has already been shipped, CAMMISOTTO reserve his duty to withhold shipping costs in case of order cancellation by the customer.
PLACES OF SHIPMENT
The shipment of the items is done to the address mentioned by the client (no shipment are made to post office boxes).
FREE INSURANCE
CAMMISOTTO is covered in all the shipments by a free insurance against theft and/or accidental damage. The insurance is valid until the delivery.
ORDER DISPATCHMENT
All orders regularly filled in and paid will be dispatch within two working days: all shipments start from CAMMISOTTO in the working days only, from monday to frida, from 9:00 to 17:30. The orders insert on Saturday and Sunday will treated the next Monday.
FOLLOW ON LINE YOUR SHIPMENT
CAMMISOTTO offers to his clients a service of traceable shipment in any moment, thanks to the service given by DHL and Bartolini. The client will receive an email of shipment confirmation items, with a code (tracking nuber) given by DHL or Bartolini which will allow him to verify in any moment the progress of his own shipment. Alternatively he can always verify in real time the progresss of shipment in the section "My Account" of the web site.
WORLWIDE SHIPMENT
The shipments can be of DDP type (Delivery Duty Pay) and DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), depending on the shipment address. The DDP shipment (Delivery Duty Pay) is done to the UE country (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Hungary) where the VAT/TVA is already calculated on the purchase price. The DDU shipment (Delivery Duty Unpaid) is that for Extra UE and Ex Schengen countries, not subjects to the VAT/TVA on the purchase price.
TIME OF DELIVERY
The time of delivery is conditionated by the item destination areas. ITALIA (DDP): the shipment is indicatively scheduled within 2-4 working days depending on the availability of our suppliers with delivery on the next 3 working days. UE countries (DDP): the delivery id indicatively scheduled within 4-8 working days from the shipment. Extra UE countries (DDU): the delivery is indicatively scheduled within 5-7 working days from the shipment. Rest of the World: the delivery is idicatively scheduled until 7-10 days from the shipment with Express Service.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Once delivered the item, is a cliet duty to check the pack before to sign the delivery document. So far as the package results manipulated or damaged, the client can sign the delivery document with reserve or refuse the delivery. Eventual abnormalities need to be promptly reported to DHL or Bartolini office of the area and to CAMMISOTTO, sending an email to our customer service, customerservice@cammisotto.com. So far as the client refuses the delivery of the item, any necessary shipment expense for the return of the pack to CAMMISOTTO, will be deducted from the remboursement due to the client. If for any other reason the shipment will not be delivered to the address given by the client at the moment of the registration, the pack will be sent back to CAMMISOTTO at expenses of the client. In this case will be CAMMISOTTO duty to deduct the amount from the eventual remboursement due to the client.
